The purpose of this modification is to announce that the originally scheduled site visit for February 27, 2013 at 9:30AM is still scheduled and will be conducted as announced in the original solicitation and a second site visit is also scheduled for March 8, 2013 from 12:00PM to 1:00PM EDT. The date and time for RFI's is March 12, 2013 at 1:00PM The date and time for receipt of offers is changed to March 20, 2013 at 2:00PM (to be submitted via the ECMS vendor portal) Any questions pertaining to this announcement must be in writing to leanne.daniels@va.gov
