Solicitation Attachment A-Outlet Summary Performance Work Statement THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN AND ATTACHED TO THIS NOTICE. THE GOVERNMENT IS CURRENTLY PLANNING ON ISSUING A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO COMCAST OF WASATCH (SEE ATTACHED SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION) FOR CABLE TV SERVICES AT HILL AFB, UT. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT OWN AND CANNOT PROVIDE ANY INFRASTRUCTURE RELATED TO PERFORMANCE OF THIS SERVICE. Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), Outlet Summary, and Solicitation for all service specifications and applicable FAR Clauses and Provisions.
