- Defense Information Systems Agency Request For Quotation: DCCMC34047 Issue Date: 02/27/2013 Closing Date: 03/04/2013 The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) has a need to acquire the VeriSign software certificate licenses; please see attached equipment list for detail. Quotations shall be submitted no later than the closing date/time: 03/04/2013 5:00 PM EST Late responses will not be considered. Partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. Contractors must be registered in System For Award Management (SAM). Award will be made to the contractor whose quote offers the best value. Quote shall be valid for thirty (30) days after the response due date. The vendor shall confirm their certifications and representations are up to date and submitted via the SAM website ( http://sam.gov ) plus any changes as per FAR Provision 52.212-3.
