Description

This is a re-issue of a previous solicitation. This is a total small business set-aside. Scope of Work. The following is a general description of the service required to meet the minimal needs of the VA. Contractor will supply labor and materials to test 16 double check valves backflow assemblies for buildings 5, 6 7, 8, 31, 64, 71, 71N and 86; and also test 9 reduced pressure backflow assemblies for buildings 4, 7, 9, 71N, 8 and the water treatment plant. Bldg. 90 will be added after base period. Testing will be in accordance with all local, Wyoming State DEQ, and Federal standards. Testing will be completed annually but no later than August 30, of each year. Scheduled dates for testing will be coordinated and approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) at least two weeks in advance.
