- U.S. GOVERNMENT Project # 1OR2077 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: OR City: Bend Delineated Area: • First consideration will be given to properties in the CBD, however other consideration may be given to properties in 'like neighborhoods located: North:NW Portland Ave to NW Olney to N Hwy 97, West Deschutes River, South Tumalo Ave to NW Broadway to NW Georgia to NW Lake Pl to NE Emerson Ave East: N U.S. Hwy 97 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5216 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5477 Space Type: Office, Office Related Parking Spaces (Total): See Additional Requirements Below Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 20 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: No history of prior heavy industrial use, including but not limited to large dry cleaning operations, rail yards, gas stations, or industrial facilities. Not immediately adjacent to railroad tracks. Visible or easily located from an arterial street. If on high-traffic or multi-lane street, traffic signals located within two blocks for safe access. Within equivalent of 2 city blocks of public transit stop. Ground floor. If above ground floor, minimum two accessible elevators to access space, one of which may be a freight elevator. Not below ground floor. Adequate parking at reasonable market rates within two blocks. Sufficient disabled parking consistent with ADA.
