- Amendment 000001 Contract for services, non-personal, to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform refuse collection, transportation and disposal services, in various zones of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, commercial practices and as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), with focus on safety, sanitation and customer service. The contractor is encouraged and expected to use innovative approaches to effectively and efficiently accomplish this PWS in a timely manner at a reasonable cost, and in a way that fosters pride and ownership in the way the work is performed. Performance for one year (base) plus two (2) option years. *Optional: to provide collection and disposal of recyclables at specific sites identified in solicitation, for base year and option years. ****AMENDMENT 000001 CHANGES RESPONSE DATE TO 26 MARCH 2013.
