- The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command - White Sands, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, intends to award sole source to Jeppesen Sanderson, Inc. 55 Inverness Dr. E Englewood, CO 80112-5412, a contractor for service support on Cargo Utility GPS Receivers (CUGR). The upgrade is proprietary in nature and Jeppesen is the only known source that can continue the maintenance on the previously purchase equipment. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources capable of meeting the requirement must submit a capability statement by 10:00am MDT on 15 March 2013. Point of contact for this notice is Jennifer L.
