- Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment to perform the following: 000l - Preventive Maintenance on the list of equipment. Provide all labor, parts, material, tools and equipment to perform preventative maintenance (PM) for all machines listed. 0002 - Repair Services on the list of equipment. Provide all labor, parts, material, tools and equipment to perform repair service for all machines listed. The period of performance will be for five years, a Base Year and Four Option Years.
