Description

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human services (DHHS) is conducting a market survey to seek potential sources from qualified small business firms under North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code: 541990 to convert labeling for older prescription drugs and generic drugs for which the New Drug Application (NDA) for the reference listed drug (RLD) has been withdrawn so that their labeling meets the content and format requirements as specified under 21 CFR 201.56(d) and 201.57 (also known as the Physician Labeling Rule or PLR). FDA is looking for offerors who can provide PLR conversion services and expertise.
