Description

The Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has a requirement to procure a Dust survey of its Baxter 1 Automated dispensing unit. The contractor shall conduct a dust survey to access the current dust controls in place and determine if CMOP employees are controlling exposure to dust and in turn Active Pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). The Contractor shall provide a final close-out report, documenting the results of the sampling and any further testing or periodic sampling or review that may be necessary. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, support, travel and all other items needed to perform services in connection with this activity. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 541620. This solicitation is 100% small business. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. The TCA system shall perform in accordance with the Statement of Work that will be included in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Only one award will be issued for this solicitation. Solicitation Package VA-797M-13-Q-0164 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about March 21, 2013. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor Fedbizopps for changes or amendments.
