- Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-13-B-0008: This solicitation will be advertised as an Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 (Landscaping Services). The small business size standard is $7 million. The solicitation is for a firm fixed priced IDIQ service contract to provide mowing & trimming services for areas located at/near the Beaver Lake Project Office. The proposed contract will be issued for a base period of 1 May 2013 or date of contract through 31 December 2013 and (2) two annual option periods from 1 January to 31 December. Solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) utilizing Seal Bidding per FAR 14. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about April 1, 2013. It is each offeror's responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm and search for Solicitation Number W9127S13B0008. All offerors are encouraged to visit the Army's Single Face to Industry Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi to view other business opportunities.
