- NAICS 334511 The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, Medium Endurance Cutter Product Line, is seeking qualified sources that can provide the following item - NSN: 6605 01-F11-2048, Gyrocompass MK27F, P/N: 4800880-2, Quantity: 11 EA, delivery on or before 06/14/2014 to the SFLC in Baltimore, MD. It is the Government's belief that only Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), or their authorized distributors, possess the required capabilities to manufacture this part to ensure compatibility and interchangeability with existing equipment; therefore, it is the Government's intent to solicit only Northrop Grumman and/or their authorized distributors. However, sources having the expertise and required capabilities to provide this equipment can submit their capabilities to this office within 5 calendar days from the date of this notice. Data submitted must include, (1) Complete and current technical and engineering data to demonstrate offeror capabilities, (i.e., salient physical, functional and performance characteristics), and/or, (2) Data that the offered equipment has been satisfactorily manufactured for the Government, or the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The information submitted must include sufficient information to evaluate offeror capabilities. The Government does not intend to pay for information solicited. Information received after the established deadline shall not be considered. This synopsis is issued pursuant to FAR 6.303-1.
