- NAF Concessionaire Format Wage Determinations for Greene County, Ohio NAF Base Laundry/DryCleaning/Alterations Concessionaire SOW This is a Non Appropriated Fund (NAF) Procurement. The Operational Contracting Division, Wright Patterson AFB OH is seeking a person(s) to operate a Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Alterations Services for the Base Concessionaire from a location provided in Building 262, Area A, Wright Patterson AFB, OH in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The purpose of the Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Alterations Concessionaire is to provide laundering services from a location provided in Bldg. 262, Area A, on Wright Patterson AFB (WPAFB) in Ohio. Providing laundering, dry cleaning and alterations service facilities is an integral part of the mission of the Air Force Materiel Command Directorates. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued, Solicitation Number FA8601-13-T-0148 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is unrestricted. Any size business may apply. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812320 with a size standard of $5,000,000.00. This solicitation is NOT liable for any costs and/or activity associated with providing a response to this announcement. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement. The FAR, DoD Supplements (DFARS), and Air Force FAR Supplements (AFFARS), do not apply to non-appropriated fund (NAF) procurements except as required by AFMAN 34-302 and AFI 64-601. Only those clauses required by law or otherwise stated in AFMAN 34-302 and AFI 64-601 shall be mandatory. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. FAR clauses can be viewed in full text through the internet FAR site: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The Offeror shall, except as specified in this Statement of Work (SOW), as Non Appropriated Funds Instrumentalities NAFI), furnished property or services, provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, personnel, supervision and incidentals necessary to perform food services at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.
