- Justification and Approval This action entails the purchase of virtual client integration professional services for Argon ST Prephix Software to support the Air Operations Center (AOC) program. NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) This is a notice of intent from AFLCMC/HBBK, Hanscom AFB, MA to award a sole source purchase order to Argon ST, Inc. Argon ST Inc, is the sole provider of their proprietary Prephix Software. The delivery date shall be 30 days after contract award. This is not a request for quotations. Interested parties may submit capability statements and qualifications for this requirement. All information received will be considered solely for informational purposes. This announcement constitutes a notice of intent for a contract action, not a solicitation. The Government's determination not to compete this proposed contract action is based on market research previously conducted.
