Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Space Data Corporation, 2535 W. Fairview St., Ste #101, Chandler, AZ 85224. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source (see attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition for further details). Interested persons or entities may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The contractor will provide operational support to launch, control, and track the Government-owned Combat SkySat payloads for training to take place during WTI 2-13 training exercise.
