Description

Scope of Work THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING SET-ASIDE FOR REGISTERED ABILITY ONE CONTRACTORS ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA) requires Operations and Maintenance services (O&M) for the United States Southern Maryland District Courthouse (SMDC), located at 6500 Cherrywood Lane, Greenbelt, MD 20770. The SMDC requires a period of performance from April 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013 (3-months) of O&M Services. These services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Scope of Work. The Contractor will ensure all on-site work required by this contract is satisfactorily supervised through a continuous on-site presence of the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or approved alternate. This continuous supervision will be provided by the Contractor to carry out the terms and conditions of this contract. In addition, on-site supervisor(s) (subordinates of the PM) shall be available and on-site at the Facility throughout Occupancy Work Hours. All work performed under this scope shall be in accordance with the contract specifications and all federal, state, and local building codes and requirements.
