- **PLEASE READ: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS ISSUED ON THE DATE IDENTIFIED BELOW** Solicitation Documents: The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Documents will only be available electronically to download from this website on or about April 14, 2013. Description: The intent for this contract is to secure services to add pre-fabricated walls to an existing canopy constructed in 1988. The primary work items include the installation of walls, installation of 2 sectional/roll up doors 12'W x 10.5'H, 1 one personnel access door, and one window. See the solicitation for a full description and location of work. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, materials and any necessary incidentals to accomplish work on this project. Location: The project area is located on Stanislaus National Forest, Groveland Ranger Station, 24545 Highway 120, Groveland, CA 95321, approximately 6 miles east of the city of Groveland, CA on highway 120. Price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract performance time is 62 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated start work date is approximately July 1, 2013 and must be completed prior to August 31, 2013 unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about April 14, 2013. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful contractor within 10 days of award. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 236220 and the annual size standard is $33.5 million. Note: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded a Federal Government contract. Offerors MUST register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA).
