Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Oklahoma City:Oklahoma City Delineated Area: Eastern Boundary: Starting from the intersection of NW 10th Street and Interstate 235, and traveling in a southbound direction along Interstate 235 to the intersection of Interstates 235 and 40. Southern Boundary: Starting from the intersection of Interstates 235 and 40, and traveling in a westbound direction along Interstate 40 to the intersection of Interstate 40 and S. Western Avenue. Western Boundary: Starting from the intersection of Interstate 40 and S. Western Avenue, and traveling in a northbound direction along S. Western Avenue to the intersection of N. Western Avenue and NW 10th Street. Northern Boundary. Starting from the intersection of N. Western Avenue and NW 10th Street, and traveling in an eastbound direction along NW 10th Street to the intersection of NW 10th Street and Interstate 235. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 45,330 Maximum Sq.
