J and A for Igniters The Department of Labor (DOL), Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA), Salt Lake City Technical Center (SLTC) intends to make a sole source award to The Cesana Corporation for SOBBE 2500 Joule Igniters. The Justification for the sole source award is included as an attachment to this notice. Response to this notice must be received via email, by 9 April 2013, no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Requests should be marked with SOBBE Igniters Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source.
