- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Group, Denver, Colorado, intends to award on a sole-source basis to Livermore Software Technology Corporation, 7374 Las Positas Rd, Livermore, Ca 94551-5110. The requirement is for: Renewal of Fifty-Eight (58) proprietary software leases of LS-DYNA annual core licenses. Competition is restricted to only one source per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This procurement will be awarded using FAR Part 12 Commercial Item procedures with an intended period of performance of 12 months. Anticipated award date is April 8, 2013. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal by 12:00 pm MST, April 5,2013 which shall be considered by the agency.
