REPAIR OF THE T53 COMPRESSOR HOUSING RFP#: FA8122-13-Q-0010 PR#: FD2030-13-01665 Estimated issue date of solicitation of 18 April 2013 Estimated response date 20 May 2013 For additional information contact Danah R. Description: Compressor Case houses stator vane assembly to create compression with Compressor Rotor Assembly Supp. Description: Magnesium Item 0001: Repair of the T53 Compressor Housing; NSN: 2840-01-008-5729NL, P/N: 1-101-210-04. BEQ as follows: 6 EA Basic Year 3 EA OPT I Year 3 EA OPT II Year 3 EA OPT III Year 3 EA OPT IV Year Destination: SW3211, Tinker Air Force Base, OK 73145-8000. Delivery: 30 Calendar Days ARO Funded Order or Reparable Assets. Item 0002: DATA; Not Separately Priced (NSP); Quantities are 1 LO for basic and all option periods. Reporting required IAW DD Form 1423-1. Description: Provide data reporting in accordance with DD Form 1423-1 [CDRLs, Contract Data Requirements List] and DD Form 1664 [DIDs, Data Item Descriptions] for ELIN reports A001 (CAV AF), A002 (Depot Maintenance Production), A003 (Report of Shipping item and Packaging Discrepancy), A004 (Teardown Deficiency Report), A005 (Quality Deficiency Report), A006 (Government Industry Data Exchange Program Alert/Safe-Alert Report), A007 (Government Industry Data Exchange Program Alert/Safe-Alert Response. Delivery: IAW DD Form 1423-1. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. Sources must be Honeywell Authorized Component Repair Facility Certified. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through FedBizOpps at http://www.fbo.gov. Approved sources are Air Technology Engines Inc, Mint Turbines LLC, Budney Overhaul & Repair LTD, Honeywell International Inc, Airborne Engines LLC. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award IAW FAR clause 52.209-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty five-days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
