- Wage Determination Rates Clauses Scope of Work We are currently looking to replace four existing Day/Night IP Security Color Cameras (damaged from Hurricane Isaac) with new Day/Night IP Security Color Cameras in various locations on United States Coast Guard Station Grand Isle in accordance with the attached scope of work. We are also looking to install one new Pressured Dome System Camera currently located in the Generator Room in accordance with the attached scope of work. 2. Scope (This section is in the scope of work pages 2 & 3) 2.3. All cameras need to be PELCO brand equivalent or better with IR high resolution with solar battery back-up. All exterior cameras need to be in an environmental housing sealed with inert gas to prevent condensation in a marine environment. All exterior cameras need to have appropriate fittings for a high salt marine environment. 2.4. Previously installed equipment and software shall be utilized whenever possible except when: outdated, unserviceable, incompatible, or do not meet the minimum specifications outlined below. 2.5. Contractor shall assume a 32 month maintenance agreement immediately upon starting work on all new CCTV equipment as well as all existing CCTV equipment and also to include at least a yearly site visit for system maintenance and a 24-hour casualty response for system repair. All labor and parts shall be provided under the agreement. 2.6. Contractor shall perform all programming requirements for a completely integrated system. 2.7. Option should be available to allow system to tie into a 24 hours monitoring (i.e. Sector) for units without live 24 hour watch standing. 2.8. Equipment Requirements: Hardware: Mounting hardware shall be marine grade 302 stainless steel or better Conduit shall meet NEC requirement for exterior and interior use Fitting shall be water tight Junction boxes shall meet NEMA type 4 standards Cameras: Digital IP Based Hermeticall Sealed Anodized Aluminum or Stainless Housing (For Exterior Use Cameras) If Wireless capability is utilized 256 AES encryption is required If you would like to make a site visit please contact MK1 Adam Paulin at (504) 382-4390.
