- Signed Synopsis PWS Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number FA2521-13-Q-B037 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56. This is unrestricted acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 721110 with a size standard of $30M. Item Description Qty Unit Unit Price Total Amount 0001 Military Marriage Retreat 1 EA _____________ _______________ Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision. The contractor shall provide lodging which is typical to or better than a "four diamond" industry standards of AAA, a conference/banquet area located in the same facility as the hotel rooms, and meal packages with all-inclusive meals to include two dinners, two breakfasts, and one lunch for 64 people. This to be provided in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 18 Mar 2013 for the period 3-5 May 2013. 0002 Military Singles Retreat 1 EA _________ _________ Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision.
