- Air to Surface Communications Network Contractor Logistic Support The US Government, is seeking information for potential sources for air to surface communications network Contractor Logistic Support to be provided by the Contractor to perform analytical services that examine such areas as Program Management, Operation and Support, and sustainment training, and Development Knowledge to include budget rate generation, execution reporting, variance analysis, problem resolution, data reconciliation, and business process improvements for the various DISA activities.
