DRAFT Proposed Pricing Schedule 5 Years Motorpool Sources Sought Notice MotorpoolEquipment DRAFT PWS SSN of Motor Pool Equipment This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposal and is not considered a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. This notice may represent the Government's only official notice of this procurement. The 700th Contracting Squadron at Ramstein AB is synopsizing and seeking sources for the following requirement: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor including all work necessary to perform preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs of Motorpool equipment and systems in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. All maintenance, inspection, and repair work shall be performed in accordance with standard (IAW) German commercial practices and in accordance with local, state, or federal applicable standards and codes or manufacturer recommendations and all required safety regulations (UVV). Additionally, services performed in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS)must be made by trained/qualified technicians who meet federal and local certification requirements for maintaining and repairing systems under the WHG § 19(Wasserhaushaltsgesetz, water resources management law). The most stringent of these shall apply. This full service contract signifies a Motorpool Equipment and Systems contractor takes total service responsibility for the equipment identified in the contract. The contract covers all inspections, maintenance and routine repair service calls. The anticipated award will be a requirements contract with 1 base year and 4 option years from 01 Oct 13 - 30 Sep 18 - subject to availability of FY14 funds. As this is an overseas effort, the Service Contract Act (SCA) wages and SBA Small Business Size Standards will not apply.
