Description

Provide the necessary equipment, labor and materials for the power wash of walls and floors at the Federal Health Care Facility, North Chicago, IL. Areas listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) will be cleaned as listed, twice a year for Building 6 and 133. Building 133 Canteen area will be cleaned monthly. Clean walls and floors listed in the following areas: Building 133CA Basement kitchen Kitchen food prep area 54' X 23' Sink alcove 10' X 9' Cart area 17' X 14' Dish ante room 8' X 10' Dish room 18' X 16' Hallway 9' X 19' Floor to ceiling ceramic wall tile 9' Building 6 Main kitchen Kitchen food prep area 81'6" X 38' Pot washing area 20' X 38' Cart storage 36' X 87' Dish washing room 32' X 33' Dish washing room exit 7' X 11' Wall ceramic tile- extends from floor up 7' Cart prep room 38'X 35' Tile 60" high Spice storage 20' X 13' Tile 60" high Cart storage south 34' X 16' Tile 52" high Cart storage north 15' X 11' Tile 52" high Alcove 12' X 3' Tile 52" high South end Food Service Area-East to West hallway from the dock to the dish room, south and north walls. South wall is 117 feet long and the tile is 7 feet high. North Wall is 87 feet long and the tile is 7 feet high, except for 12 feet, which is 52 inches high. Middle Food Service Area-East to West hallway from the cart storage to the main entrance, south and north walls. South wall is 71 feet long. North wall is 58 feet long and the tile is 7 feet high. North to South hallway between dish room and restrooms, east and west walls. East wall is 22 feet long. West wall is 21 feet long and the tile is 7 feet high. North to South hallway between cart storage and the east exterior wall of the main dining room, east and west walls. East wall is 62 feet long and is 52 inches high. West wall is 71 feet long and the tile is 7 feet high. East wall of main dining room behind the serving line, to include the northeast corner and north tiled wall. East wall is 34 feet long. Northeast corner is 3 feet long. North wall is 11 feet long. Tile is 7 feet high. Building 133CA Canteen Canteen serving area 65' X 28' Kitchen food prep 25' X 21' Kitchen stove area 25'X 14' Kitchen Hallway 10' X 7' Main Store Room 17' X 25' Gas bottle storage room 5' X 4'6" Storage room 9' X 13'6" Bulk paper storage 18' X 8' Wall to ceiling ceramic tile 9' Wall tile surface sealing annually Monthly cleaning of canteen area Move the work centers on wheels in the kitchens, the pot rack and one convection oven to clean.
