- GOOSENECK TRAILER AG-9A63-S-13-0096 April 12, 2013 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-9A63-S-13-0096 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2006-55. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 336212 and small business size standard is 500 employees. This is for a quantity of 1 each Gooseneck Trailer, with Trade in (if possible). Specifications 35- Ton, 4-frame, 8 tire, 18' Bed, Gooseneck Trailer - Disc Brakes with ABS X 2 axles - 6 ‘ X 12" wide spring assist ramps - D rings spaced evenly on each side - Steel cover plate, 2 pieces bolted on rear center deck over suspension - 1 per side of 3" X 12" X 18" Apitong outside deck board - Flag holders, wide load light plugs on front and rear side - 2 wear strips on top of tire island 5" Wide X 1 ¼ " Thick, full length - Emergency flasher system on side and tail lights 2/battery - Oversized load sign - 8 tail lights, new design (LED Lights) - Wheels 22.5 X 8.25 - Tires 275.70 R22.5 H - Spare tire end wheel mount to Goose Neck Trade in - 1996 Kalyn Siebert gooseneck trailer. 35 ton 2 axle, mechanical detachable gooseneck, 22' deck. Still in usable condition. Delivery approximately by May 30, 2013.
