- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks To Lease Office Space Providence, RI The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous, one-level office space consisting of a minimum of 11,128 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOA SF) to a maximum of 11,685 ABOA SF. Proposed space must be above the first floor and must be served by a minimum of two (2) elevators. Zero (0) onsite parking spaces are required. Space must meet any and all requirement of the Request for Lease Proposals package and be located in Providence, RI, within the following delineated area: North: At the intersection of Smith Street and Park Street head east on Smith Street to the intersection of Smith Street and Canal Street; East: South on Canal Street, right onto Park Row, south on North Main Street, west on College Street, south following the west bank of the water's edge to I-195 / Route 6 / I-95 to Public Street; South: West on Public Street to the intersection with Prairie Avenue; West: North on Prairie Avenue, cross over Point Street and continue north onto Prince Street to the intersection of Stewart Street and Friendship Street, head west onto Friendship Street, north onto West Franklin Street, cut across I-95 / Route 6 at the intersection with Pine Street, north onto East Franklin Street / Route 1 / I-95 / Park Street to the intersection with Smith Street. Buildings that have frontage on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated area. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, seven (7) years firm, should be fully serviced and meet Government requirements. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM Eastern, April 23, 2013 AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: •1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. •2) Legal description •3) Drawing of space offered. •4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet •5) Rentable Square Feet Offered •6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet •7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. •8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. Please include reference to 2RI0037.
