- JOFOC for BAS Upgrade JOFOC for AHU Coils Replacement This contract modification award consists of two separate tasks identified below: 1 - Upgrade the existing Johnson Controls Building Automation Systems system at Whiteriver Indian Hospital, Whiteriver, AZ, to a full native BACNet control system that will seamlessly integrate to the Automated Logic Controls (ALC) master supervisory control head end located at the Indian Health Service, Phoenix Area Office. Contractor shall be responsible for all design, installation, controller programming, graphic progranmting, testing and commissioning so that all local points and controller configuration can be viewed, managed, changed and programmed from the ALC front end. 2 - The Contractor shall replace the heating and cooling coils, and control valves at Air Handling Units 1 through 8 at Whiteriver Indian Hospital. The contractor shall perform the following work: i. Inspect and measure the existing coils to ensure the new coils are equivalent. ii. Remove the existing heating and cooling coils. iii. Provide and install new heating and cooling coils equi valent in size, capacity, and materials to the original design. iv. Remove the existing 3-way control valve. v. Provide and install new DDC controlled 3-way valves. These valves shall be designed to operate with the bypass isolation valve closed so they act as a 2-way valve. vi. Provide an add alternate price to provide and install isolation valves at the supply, return, and bypass at each new coil. vii. Replace pipe, fittings, and sensor wells/ports (sensors shall be part of the controls scope above) from the isolation valve on the supply to the isolation valve on the return. viii. Remove the pneumatic steam reducing station, and replace it with a single PRV.
