Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; requests for quote are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is unrestricted (not a set-aside). A Request for Quote under solicitation number VA248-13-Q-1322 is being issued for EndoWorks System (hardware and software) for the Department of Veterans Affairs Orlando Medical Center, Orlando, Florida. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-64. This is a BRAND NAME requirement. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519. The attached solicitation contains requested line items, date, and place of delivery, and terms and conditions set forth. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items.
