- Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to provide the Inspection and Repair of the following Line Replaceable Units in Support of the AN/TSC-93E(V)(1): Item Name/Common Name/NSNs/Part Numbers: 1. Multiplexer, Digital/(Enhanced Tactical Satellite Signal Processor - ETSSP)/7025-01-580-6063 P/N 202055-01 2. Monitor, Error Voltage/(Safety Interlock Panel-SIP)/5895-01-576-9881 P/N 202056-01 3. Receiving Set, Satellite/(Digital Tracking Receiver -DTR)/5895-01-592-3237 P/N 202250-1000 This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. A sources sought notice was previously posted on Federal Business Opportunity page on 23 January 2013 under Market Survey 5388-1 and to date no responses have been received. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action for other than the services listed above is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their capabilities by responding to this requirement, no later than 8:00am EST, 06 May 2012. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these inspection and repair services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may be submitted via email total file size must be less than 9MB.
