Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division, Range Systems Engineering Department, Code 31 requires the purchase of ViaSat hardware that will be used at Yuma Tactical Training Range (YTTR) Facility, in the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, Arizona. The government intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed priced contract to ViaSat, Inc This procurement is non-commercial item IAW FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No solicitation will be issued but responsible sources may submit inquiries or request for information to marcella.webber@navy.mil or by phone at 951-273-4454. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1 FOR THIS PROCURMENT ACTION. INTERESTED PARTIES MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT, OR SUBMIT CAPABILITY STATEMENTS.
