- The National Park Service (NPS) intends to reissue a Prospectus soliciting proposals for a concession contract for overnight accommodations, food and beverage, retail, and related services at Log Cabin Resort located within Olympic National Park. The NPS will issue the prospectus on April 23, 2013 under the terms described in the prospectus, with proposals due no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on June 25, 2013. Any proposal, including that of the existing concessioner, must be received by the Pacific West Regional Office, Attn: Commercial Services Manager, 333 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, CA 94104, by the deadline in order to be evaluated and considered for award of the concession contract. The prospectus will be available on the NPS Commercial Services website at http://www.concessions.nps.gov/ There is no cost to download the documents from this website. If you choose to retrieve a copy of the prospectuses from the Service website please notify Isabel Alvarado via email at isabel_alvarado@nps.gov so you are placed on the mailing list to receive notifications of any future modifications or other correspondence. A hard-copy prospectus is also available upon written request. To request a copy, please contact Isabel Alvarado, Commercial Services Specialist, National Park Service, Pacific West Regional Office, 333 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, CA 94104, phone number (415) 623-2225 or at the above email, and include a street address (not post office box) and telephone number. There is a printing cost recovery charge of $50 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $40 per copy if picked up in person. Checks or money orders (no cash or credit cards accepted) must be payable to the National Park Service; you must include a business address (no post office box) to receive a Federal Express package. A site visit will take place on May 6, 2013. Potential Offerors will have the opportunity to tour the Concession Facilities and view the current operations.
