- Attachment #2 Day In The Life Narratives Attachment #1 This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to solicit information relevant to a possible future NGA InnoVision investment. Respondents are invited to provide comments on the content of this announcement to include suggestions for improving the scope of a possible solicitation to ensure that every effort is made to adequately address the scientific and technical challenges described below. Responses to this request may be used to support the development of, and subsequently be incorporated with, a future NGA solicitation and therefore must be available for unrestricted public distribution. Proprietary information and classified concepts should not be included in the responses. The following sections of this announcement contain details of the scope of technical efforts of interest, along with instructions for the submission of responses. The NGA is soliciting responses to this RFI in order to assess the breadth and scope of technology, tools, feasibility, interest, capabilities and/or metrics which could allow for the development of a Geospatial Metaverse. The Geospatial Metaverse will be an immersive virtual environment for the creation and management of integrated intelligence regardless of physical location. It is an integrated and collaborative web-based environment blending virtual worlds with geospatial data, available intelligence, multi-player game dynamics and User Experience Development (UXD) to create and deliver peer reviewed multi-sourced intelligence and organizational efficiencies. The NGA InnoVision's intent in developing the Geospatial Metaverse is to: • Deliver a revolutionary capability to discover, use, and return geospatial data for the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and other organizations • Enable collaboration, allow for cooperative confrontation and synergy of analysis • Evolve the GEOINT Tradecraft to meet 21st Century missions • Change traditional concepts of achieving superior Organizational Performance See Attachment 1 for continuation of this RFI...
