Description

Superfund Technical Assessment & Response Team (START) services to support EPA Region 10 which covers the following four state area: Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Services include, but are not limited to, emergency response, removal, site assessment, training, data management, and related technical and administrative services. The contractor will provide services to support response and site assessment activities related to the release or threat of release of oil, petroleum products, hazardous substances, weapons of mass destruction or pollutants and contaminants that pose an actual or potential threat to human health or welfare, or to the environment. It is the Government's intent to award one, full and open competition, Fixed Rate Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract from this solicitation. The contract period of performance will be a three year base period with two (24 month) award terms for a total possible period of 7 years. The estim ated ceiling is expected to be between $35 - $50 million for the 7 year period. Award will be made on a best value / tradeoff basis with the technical evaluation factors when combined being significantly more important than price. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 562910 applies.
