- Solicitation for Offers No. GS-05B-18964 April 26, 2013 Lease Summary A. Statement of Requirements. The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Chicago, IL Metro Area Delineated Area: Within the following delineated area: North: Golf Road South: I-55 East: Highway 294 West: Highway 355 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,000 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,250 ABOA SF Space Type: OFFICE/WAREHOUSE/WAREYARD Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Office space must be contiguous on a single floor and have potential for efficient layout in a professional office setting. The space will consist of approximately 2,500 ABOA square feet of office and related space, and approximately 2,500 ABOA square feet of warehouse space. Warehouse areas require a minimum 12' clear span ceiling height. One (1) 10' x 12'overhead door is required at grade level or with a ramp if above grade level. The Government requires approximately 5,000 ABOA square feet of on-site wareyard area. Wareyard area may be located either: 1. Exterior paved and secured wareyard area (wareyard must be adjacent to offered space.), or 2. Interior wareyard/storage space. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Energy Star, and Fire, Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.   B. Projected Dates.
