ALCM/CALCM Example Engineering Assignment #1 ALCM/CALCM Example Engineering Assignment #2 ALCM/CALCM INDUSTRY DAY THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAIABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUEST FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. The projected contract is to Sustain Engineering Services for the AGM-86 Air Launched Cruise Missile (ALCM) and Conventional ALCM (CALCM) Weapon System. CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS Department of the Air Force, Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Tinker AFB, AFLCMC/WWKKB, 3001 Staff Drive, Tinker AFB, OK 73145, UNITED STATES GENERAL PROCUREMENT DESCRIPTION The projected contract is to provide Engineering Services (ES) for the AGM-86B Air-Launched Cruise Missile (ALCM) and the AGM-86C/D Conventional Air-Launched Cruise Missile (CALCM), Bomber Weapons Integration Equipment (Common Strategic Rotary Launcher, SUU67 Pylon). These engineering support activities include engineering feasibility studies, material deficiency report analysis, reliability/maintainability analysis that cannot be performed organically by Missile Sustainment Division (MSD). Contractor will perform Engineering Assignments (EAs) tasks not requiring the use of the ALCM System Integration Lab (ASIL), ALCM/CALCM Software Development Lab (ASDL), Telemetry Data Analysis Lab (TDAL), flight/ground test support, or Boeing Proprietary data. Example EAs to be performed are: engineering studies, models, tools, and analysis. More specifically, the MSD requires engineering expertise to accomplish a broad range of engineering tasks involving and aerodynamics; survivability/vulnerability, electrical and electronics, structures, materials and processes, mass properties, aging and surveillance, corrosion, navigation and control, and reliability/maintainability in support of the ALCM/CALCM weapon systems. OBTAINING ADDITIONAL ACQUISITION-SPECIFIC INFORMATION AFLCMC/WWKKB respects all interested party rights to ask questions related to this acquisition and requires all submission of requests for additional information get coordinated with the PCO in writing via email (jason.perry@tinker.af.mil). Clearly label the email subject line as AFLCMC/WWKKB ALCM/CALCM Acquisition Question from Industry' when sending questions to the PCO. In addition, all interested parties may contact the PCO by telephone or email below for questions and additional information. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis are strictly voluntary. The Government will not reimburse the respondents for any costs associated with their responses. This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), or an Invitation for Bids (IFB), nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay for any information that is submitted by respondents. The Government reserves the right to contact the submitting parties, on an as required basis, for further clarification on material provided. The Government will evaluate the information provided, include it into our document with our market research, and use it as needed during the development of the RFP. CONTRACT TYPE AND COMPETITION AFLCMC/WWKKB anticipates Full and Open Competition for an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract containing a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) for at least one calendar year in length with the potential for several option periods. INDUSTRY DAY EVENT This meeting is open to all interested parties and the Government highly encourages market participation at this event. 1.The Industry Day will be hosted by AFNWC/NCM, at the Midwest City Library, 8143 E. Reno, Midwest City, OK 73110, Meeting Rm AB, 31 May from 0930-1400. 2.Seating capacity is limited and request no more than two representatives from each company attend.
