Description

This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into a non-commercial Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Job Order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-13-G-WM01 with Exelis Inc., 77 River Road, Clifton NJ 07014 for the redesign of the SRA in the UEU to eliminate the use of obsolete parts. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Exelis Inc., Airborne Electronic Attack is the business unit that manufacturers this product with proprietary rights. Interested parties may submit their interest prior to the closing date. Submitting a bid from the NECO website by clicking on �Submit Bid � does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane. The POC is Ms. Lynn Masterson-Brinegar, Code CXNN at Tel: 812-854-8865 or email: lynn.masterson-brine@navy.mil.
