- Award Notice for: quote mark The Vendor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and resources required to develop and publish a Unit Price Book and Technical Specifications compatible for use with a Job Order Contract for Construction. The Unit Price Book and Technical Specifications will be used to support a Job Order Contract to be awarded at a later date. The Job Order Contract will be used for conventional facility construction at the following installation; White Sands Missile Range- NM, Fort Bliss-Tx, Fort Hood-Tx, Fort Sam Houston-Tx, Corpus Christi- Tx, and Fort Polk-La. Accordingly, the Unit Price Book and Technical Specifications must contain prices, units of measure, common terms, and descriptions of work, work rates and methods to customize the specific installations. The Unit Price Book and Specifications shall be developed so that electronic copies may be used with a computer software program to create estimates of work. quote mark
