SDVOSB/VOSB HUBZone and WOB / Opportunity Showcase "Live Meeting" Hosted by: VISN 16 / Shreveport VAMC / Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 June 12th, 2013 1:00 p.m. Limited to 15 Business Participants The purpose of the showcase is to provide SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, and HUBZone Small Businesses an opportunity to interact with Program Decision Makers (PDM) regarding future projects within V16 and the Shreveport Medical Center. Focused industries & NAICS Codes: 236210 / 236220 (Industrial / Commercial Construction), 238990 (Specialty Trade Contractors) 325412 (Pharmaceutical Preparation), (423450 Medical/Dental Equip), 339113 (Surgical Appliance) FEATURED Program Decision Makers: Jim Slepicka, Acting Shreveport Chief Engineer The event will have two phases: 1.PDMs will provide an overview of forecasted opportunities and future business requirements. 2.Small Businesses will have the opportunity to introduce their capabilities to the PDMs; (limited to 5 minutes). Business presentations will be limited to the specific NAICS codes listed. Registration Details: If your business is registered in www.sam.gov or www.Vetbiz.gov, in at least one of the above listed NAICS, please contact Mike Black at; mike.black@va.gov. You will be sent an e-mail invitation with a link to the Live Meeting event. Once you receive the link, you should. 1.Ensure you have the proper Live Meeting, software 2.Send your capabilities information to mike.black@va.gov to be loaded for viewing. The information should be sent as a PowerPoint, PDF or Word Document. (Remember, you have only 5 minutes to present). This event will be limited to 15 business participants, on a "first come" basis.
