- Section B - Arkansas Section B - Virginia Section B - Tennessee Section B - Pennsylvania Section B - Oklahoma Section B - Ohio Section B - North Carolina Section B - New York Section B - Mississippi Section B - Michigan Section B - Kentucky Section B - Kansas Section B - Indiana Section B - Illinois Section B - Florida RFP DJD-13-R-0028 The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the emergency response cleanup, management, and disposal of hazardous waste. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562112, Hazardous Waste Collection. The Small Business Size Standard is $12.5 Million. DEA has a need to secure the services of one contractor in each state of Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia. A certified/qualified contractor is need to (1) perform emergency response, cleanup, and disposal services of hazardous and non-hazardous waste encountered at clandestine drug laboratories; and (2) pickup, transport, and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste stored at state and local Authorized Central Storage (ACS) locations. The Government intends to procure these services in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiations. It is anticipated that this acquisition will result in the award of a single fixed price, time and materials/labor hour, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for each state listed. The anticipated period of performance will consist of one 12 month base period plus four 12 month option periods. Attached please find a copy of RFP DJD-13-R-0028.
