- Thermal Camera Equipment for Fire Department. The Regional Contracting Office, NCR, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for Thermal Camera Equipment for Fire Department, Marine Corps Base (MCB), Quantico, Virginia 22134. Quantity and specifications; terms and conditions will be specified in the Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ is attached. A closing date for receipt of quote will be reflected in the RFQ. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. This will be a 100% small business set-aside requirement. NAICS Code 423850, size standard 100. All interested parties must be registered in the Systems for Award Management ( www.sam.gov ).
