- Description
- The TSA- Office of Law Enforcement intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with an authorized Sig Sauer distributor, for Sig Sauer weapon parts. The NAICS is 332994. The proposed requirement is for Sig Sauer P229 and P239 weapon part accessories or which the Government intends to solicit the manufacturers authorized source in accordance with FAR policy 6.302-1. Delivery of all parts will be within 45 days after date of order. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is NOT a competitive request for quotations, as the Government has determined that there is no other substitute to the requirements set forth above. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
