- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:New Mexico City:Las Cruces Delineated Area:City Limits of Las Cruces, New Mexico Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):29,296 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):30,761 ABOA Space Type:•Approximately 21,182 SF Office •Approximately 8,114 SF Warehouse •70,000 SF Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total):•Visitor Vehicle Parking -21 parking spaces with 15 spaces measuring 10' X 20'; two (2) measuring 14' X 10' for pull-through vehicles and four (4) being handicapped accessible. •Employee Vehicle Parking - 119 parking spaces measuring 10' X' 20' and a minimum of three (3) handicapped accessible parking spaces. Full Term:Twenty (20) Years (240-months) Firm Term:Fifteen (15) Years (180-Months) Option Term:None Additional Requirements:None •Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. •A fully serviced lease is not required. •Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Las Cruces, NM that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
