Description

NAVSEA has a requirement for the execution of the USS PAUL HAMILTON (DDG 60) Selected Restricted Availability (SRA) and Inter-Availability Planning and Administration (IAPA) for CG/DDG/FFG Class ships home-ported and visiting Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. This requirement is currently being provided by BAE Systems Hawaii Shipyards (BAE) under contract N00024-06-C-4408, which expires 12 September 2013 for scheduled CNO availabilities and 20 August 2014 for Emergent Maintenance (EM) and Continuous Maintenance (CM). Fulfillment of these requirements will be solicited from BAE. In order to fulfill the agency ™s requirements, this effort will be procured, without full and open competition, from the only qualified source capable of performing the work without unacceptable delays under the authority provided under 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). The period of performance of the contemplated contract extension is 13 September 2013 to 27 August 2014. The place of performance is Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by NAVSEA.
