- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), Camp Pendleton, CA, intends to issue a sole source contract for IXIA RENEWAL MAINTENANCE LICENSES to Ixia, Inc., Calabasas, CA, under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements - Follow-on Contract" This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. However, all quotes received will be considered by the Government. All interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide timely and effective renewal maintenance licenses. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative written response is received within three (3) days after publication of this notice, a sole source contract to Ixia, Inc. will be issued.
