- Purchase Request number SC1000011358, 11F, GALAXY C5 AIRCRAFT, CONTROL ALARM, Solicitation Number SPE4A6-13-R-1205, FAR PART 12 APPLIES for COMMERCIAL ACQUISITIONS. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) requirement consisting of a base and four option years. This requirement will be solicited Unrestricted, Other Than Full & Open Competition. The approved source is EDELCO CORPORATION, CAGE 08748, P/N 1-899-15. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (GMQ) is 32 each for base year only. Minimum Order Quantity for base and options is 32 each; Maximum Order Quantity is 73 each for base and options; Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) for base and options is 73. The delivery schedule for the base and option years is 144 days ARO. Surge and sustainment is required for 1 each Monthly Wartime Rate (MWR). The anticipated issue date is July 05,2013 & closing date of August 05, 2013. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) will be utilized to evaluate past performance if required..
