Attachment 2- Male sizes & quantities Attachment 1-Purchase Description RFQ Attachment 4- Female sizes & quantities The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (CG) Uniform Distribution Center (UDC) is the sponsor for this effort. The Coast Guard seeks qualified vendor(s) to supply CG Male/Female Polyester/Cotton Long & Short Sleeve Light Blue Shirts (USAF Blue 1550). These shirts are a variation of the Air Force light blue shirts used by the Coast Guard with an adjustment for tall sizes that lengthens the tail. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) the format at FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only written solicitation; quotations are being requested; and a written (formal) solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is in accordance with the format in subpart FAR 12 for non-developmental items (NDI) available in the commercial marketplace that are previously developed items of supply used exclusively for governmental purposes IAW product description. This solicitation and any amendments that include answers to questions will be provided through the FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES (FBO) website https://www.fbo.gov. (ii) The solicitation number for this requirement is HSCG23-13-Q-PUD690 and it is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66 dated April, 2013. (iv) This procurement is a small business set aside. Applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 315220- Men's and Boys' Cut and Sew Apparel Manufacturing. The Department of Homeland Security, USCG Office of Contract Operations CG-9121 intends to award a firm fixed price contract. (v) Description of Requirements: Schedule of Supplies The delivery schedule is 60 days after receipt of orders (ARO) or approved of first article. Partial delivery will be allowed. Attached to this RFQ is the description of the supply requirement entitled; Attachment 1- Purchase Description CG/PD 13-09, SHIRT, MAN'S, POLYESTER/COTTON, LONG AND SHORT SLEEVE (TALL), dated May 1, 2013; Attachment 2- Male Poly/Cotton L/S Sleeve Shirts (Tall) Sizes and Quantities; Attachment 3- Purchase Description for Female Shirt to be provided by future modification to solicitation; Attachment 4- Female Poly/Cotton Sleeve Shirts (Tall) Sizes and Quantities (vi) Questions regarding the solicitation and quotations shall be e-mailed to the Contract Specialist, Anita Vincent at Anita.A.Vincent@uscg.mil. The cutoff date for questions is July 8, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. EST. No phone calls will be accepted. (vii) Quotations are due no later than July 17, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Offerors shall submit your quotations electronically to Anita.A.Vincent@uscg.mil and James.J.Dawson@uscg.mil.
