Description

Request for Qualifications - Commercial Outdoor Advertising The United States Postal Service ("USPS") is prequalifying Commercial Outdoor Advertising Companies ("COAC") for the installation, and maintenance of an advertising structure and the marketing of the billboard space ("Billboard") to be placed on the Premises as described. The location of the billboard shall not interfere with the USPS operations. The USPS is interested in selecting the most highly qualified COAC for this specific project. The USPS intends to evaluate the qualifications of interested COAC entities and then enter into lease negotiations and ultimately a lease agreement with the selected respondent.
