The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source contract to Harris Corporation, Rochester, NY, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 because Harris Corporation is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and they do not supply these parts through third party vendors. Nonetheless, the Government will consider quotations from all responsible sources that are received by the closing date for Receipt of Quotations (see below). Responsible sources will be required to submit their response via email to justin.s.eagle.civ@mail.mil. The subject line of the email submissions must read: Quotation for W56HZV-13-R-0291, Closes 14 June 2013. Maximum size of email quotations shall not exceed 3.5 megabytes. Compressed files must be self-extracting and have appropriate instructions to open. Hard copy responses will not be accepted. Please make sure this agency has been furnished with the following additional information: company name, CAGE code, DUNS number, and the email address where you would like the notice sent.
